Inside Health was born from a simple but urgent truth: health communication is broken.
We live in an age where information has never been more accessible, and yet understanding how our bodies work has never felt more confusing.
As I studied neuroscience and AI, I realized that the real challenge isn’t just creating scientific knowledge, it’s translating it. Health information often gets buried in jargon, stripped of relevance, and disconnected from the people it’s meant to empower.
That’s why I built Inside Health, to bridge that gap. To make science not just understandable, but unforgettable.
